"Strategic Planning" course

Driven by Al- Ibdaa bank For Microfinance Syria’s belief in the importance of developing capabilities and enhancing competencies, several of the bank's staff successfully completed a "Strategic Planning" course. This course was conducted in cooperation with Al-Ta'alluq Company for Training, Qualification, and HR Consulting.

The course was led by expert Professor Amr Sadiq and primarily focused on consciously restructuring pathways, ensuring sustainable success, and formulating realistic, achievable goals efficiently while avoiding risks.

This focus aims to build a flexible strategic plan that can correct its course based on rapid developments and changes, leading towards a better and brighter future.
